discerning in order to meet their business needs in ever evolving commercial and regulated environments.
Clients' needs are often not fulfilled where outside 'experts' are all too frequently inexperienced or are not industry 'savvy', or where there is duplication
of effort where senior advisers must constantly supervise the work of juniors. Clients are not happy to pay for either the duplication of effort or for any learning curve
to get up to speed on what are the industry norms.
Clients recognise the benefit of a cost effective and appropriate resource based on industry knowledge which fulfils the specific objectives of the client, consistent
with its business goals. It is cost effective because I charge either an hourly or daily rate (whichever is appropriate and approved by you) for my personal attention
and that rate will be very significantly less than City firms and often little or no more than a local high street solicitor.
