Chris Lynam has since 1978 gained significant experience as general legal counsel for a number of multi-national corporations in the banking, finance, property and (most recently both as in house counsel and as an independent adviser) in the pharmaceutical sectors, operating at a national, pan European or global level.
In 1995 he set up his independent practice providing legal services primarily to pharmaceutical and related industry corporate Clients. His client profile includes both emerging and established corporate businesses.
Chris provides a broad senior management level consultancy working where appropriate with other professionals (at all levels within the business) in different disciplines across the business spectrum. This may encompass strategic matters, interim management or day to day projects in business development, in/out licensing of products or other commercial ventures.
His personal attention in handling matters directly with the client management team at all levels ensures an effective response to client needs. He offers a strong sense of commitment to developing a long term business relationship and to providing creative solutions to business needs.
